Lavie Jum Ghat 2080 (1st Quarter)

    The ‘Lavie Jum Ghat’ – a quarterly town hall meeting held on November 22nd at the Jigri Faika outlet proved to be a remarkable event for the Lavie Hospitality Group. The first of its kind event was headed by Director of HR, Mr Tenzing Lama. The program commenced with a comprehensive discussion on the company’s vision, mission, and core values. Everyone got a more clear understanding of the company’s goals and values with descriptive videos showcased during the event. The program continued with the keynote address delivered by our very own CEO Mr Sudarshan Poudel, whose inspiring words and passion captivated the entire audience. He also took the opportunity to unveil the future expansions and upcoming projects of Lavie, instilling a sense of excitement and commitment among the employees.

    The energy kept on increasing with an awards and recognition segment, where outstanding employees were acknowledged for their exceptional contributions. F&B Associate (Lavie Garden) Sonisha Diyali and Demi Chef De Partie (Lavie Residence) Krishna Nath Siwakoti were honored as the Employees of the Quarter for the front of the house and heart of the house, respectively. Additionally, F&B Associate (Lavie Garden) Bikash Darji received the Top Reviewer award, accompanied by two movie tickets. The program also showcased videos highlighting the company’s essence and featured new joiners sharing their experiences. A poignant moment was shared through a heartfelt video of Restaurant Manager (Lavie Garden) Sameer Limbu and Jr. Sous Chef (Lavie Garden) Niraj Shah, reflecting on their journey with Lavie over the years.

    The event concluded with a celebration of birthdays and a warm welcome to new joiners, fostering a sense of unity and team spirit among Lavie’s diverse workforce. The collective enjoyment of delicious food and cake, served as the perfect ending to a day filled with inspiration and connection.
