From humble beginnings in Boudha, we’ve built a group of thriving hospitality brands in Nepal. And now, through Lavie Learning Academy, we’re sharing the same skills, confidence, and opportunities with young people, so they can carve their own path, whether here or abroad.

New Beginnings

In May 2025, Lavie Hospitality Group launched Lavie Learning Academy, a new initiative to empower the youth of Nepal through skill-based, practical education in the hospitality field.

The first Advanced Barista Course began in mid-May under the Barista & Coffee School. This is the first of many specialized programs to come.

This launch marks not just the beginning of a school, but the start of a mission to bridge the gap between local talent and global opportunity.

Our Bartending, Flaring & Mixology School is set to launch its first 45-day course in early June, welcoming aspiring bartenders to learn the art and science of mixology in an immersive, professional setting.

Plans are also underway for our Culinary School, which will offer courses ranging from basics to advanced levels for those looking to build a future in food and kitchen management.
